N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane Description
N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (CAS 5089-72-5) is a colorless or slightly yellowish transparent liquid with a peculiar ammonia odor, soluble in alcohols, chain and aromatic hydrocarbons.
CAS 5089-72-5 Amino silane is a difunctional silane with reactive amino groups, hydrolyzable non-methoxysilane. Due to the dual nature of its reaction, it is able to organically bond inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermoplastics, thermosets, or elastomers).
CAS 5089-72-5 silane is used as a tackifier, a surface modifier for organic/inorganic interfaces (anticorrosion, primer), or as an organosilicone polymer or a cross-linking agent (moisture crosslinking polymer).

N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane: Guide
Triethoxysilane, also known as triethoxysilane. Abbreviated as TES, molecular formula is C6H16O3Si. Its molecule contains both hydrolyzable and alcoholylic silicon-ethoxy bonds and active silicon-hydrogen bonds. Active silicon-hydrogen bonds are one of the main raw materials for the synthesis of other organic functional silanes.
For example, when combined with acetylene, highly selective vinyltriethoxysilane can be obtained, and when combined with chloropropylene, high-purity γ-chloropropyltriethoxy can be obtained. Triethoxysilane has a wide range of uses…
