Silico® N6152 Amino Silicone Mold Release Fluid
Silico® N6152(CAS 67923-07-3 ) is a high-performance amino-functional silicone fluid with an amine number of about 7 mL. This clear to slightly hazy fluid has a viscosity of 300 cSt at 25°C and excels in mold release, especially for polyurethane foam. It also works well as a cable-pulling lubricant in automotive systems. Its reactive amino groups offer superior surface bonding and longer release cycles than standard silicone fluids.
Description
Silico® N6152 is a high-performance amino-functional silicone fluid featuring an amine number of approximately 7 mL. This clear to slightly hazy, non-volatile fluid has a nominal viscosity of 300 cSt at 25°C and delivers outstanding mold release properties, particularly in polyurethane foam applications. It also functions effectively as a cable-pulling lubricant in automotive systems. Due to its reactive amino groups, Silico® N6152 provides excellent surface bonding and extended release cycles compared to conventional silicone fluids.
