Description
Silico® N3213 is an ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane emulsion developed through advanced emulsion polymerization technology. The introduction of amino groups provides exceptional smoothness, softness, and excellent wash durability. Additionally, hydroxyl groups enhance film-forming ability, reduce greasy feel, and improve elasticity of treated substrates. Ideal for applications requiring durable softness and performance.

Applications
Premium softener for fiber and fabric finishing: imparts excellent smoothness, softness, elasticity, and long-lasting wash durability.
Leather conditioner for post-treatment: enhances softness, smoothness, and overall leather quality.
Hair care additive: improves softness, silkiness, and manageability after washing.
Suitable for other developing applications.
Usage & Dosage
Textiles: Mix at 1:20 to 1:25 ratio with water; recommended for padding process (two-dip two-nip).
Leather: Use directly or dilute with 1–2 times distilled water; spray and dry on surface.
Shampoo additive: Recommended dosage 1–5%.
Precautions
Cationic emulsion; check compatibility with other ingredients. If mixing with anionic substances, pre-treat with amphoteric surfactants.
Always dilute with distilled water to avoid destabilization.
Packaging, Storage & Shelf Life
Packaging: Available in 50kg and 200kg plastic drums.
Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place above 5°C. Shelf life is 12 months in sealed original packaging. Product may still be usable after testing if no oil separation or sediment is found.
Transport: Non-hazardous goods handling.
