Dielectric Silicone Fluids
RSO-80 Silicone Transformer Oil: If you require a silicone fluid for use in a transformer, RSO-80 is the choice. RSO-80 is a clear, colorless and odorless linear Polydimethylsiloxane fluid (CAS# 63148-62-9) with a viscosity of 50cSt. Unlike conventional fluids, the RSO-80 is dehydrated to contain < 50ppm water content to ensurethe highest degree of dielectric strength and thermal stability. It meets IEC 836 specifications for use in a transformer.
Low Temperature Dielectric Silicone Fluids are low-viscosity (1.5cSt to 20cSt) 100% linear Polydimethylsiloxane fluids that are formulated for use as dielectric fluids and dielectric coolants in a wide range of applications. The fluids are clear, colorless, odorless, and inert to virtually all metals, plastics and rubbers…. >> More
Wide Temperature Dielectric Silicone Fluids are 100% linear Polydimethylsiloxane fluids (CAS# 63148-62-9) that are formulated for use as dielectric fluids and dielectric coolants in a wide range of applications. The fluids are clear, colorless, odorless, and inert to virtually all metals, plastics and rubbers… >> More
High Temperature Dielectric Silicone Fluids are Phenyl-class Silicone fluids that are formulated for use in a wide range of applications that require high dielectric strength, high flash points, high thermal stability, resistance to oxidation, long service-lifel… >>More
RSO-80 Silicone Transformer Oil is an environmentally safe replacement for PCB containing askarels as the dielectric coolant for liquid-filled transformers. Its high thermal stability makes it a good choice for transformers that are located indoors or next to buildings where a thermally stable fluid is more critical… >>More

Dielectric Silicone Fluids : Guide
Low Temperature Dielectric Silicone Fluids (-80°C to 220°C) are clear, colorless and odorless linear Polydimethylsiloxane fluids that are characterized by their high dielectric strength, low viscosity, low viscosity-to-temperature coefficients (little viscosity change at low temperatures), low pour points, stability @ low temperatures, and compatibility with virtually all surfaces including metal, rubbers and plastics.
Wide Temperature Dielectric Silicone Fluids (-50°C to 230°C) are clear, colorless and odorless linear Polydimethylsiloxane fluids (CAS# 63148-62-9). They are characterized by their dielectric strength, high flash points, high thermal stability, high resistance to oxidation, low vapor pressure, and compatibility with virtually all surfaces including metal, rubbers and plastics.
High Temperature Dielectric Silicone Fluids (25°C to 300°C) are clear, colorless and odorless phenyl-class silicone fluids. They are characterized by their high dielectric strength, high flash points, high thermal stability, high resistance to oxidation, low vapor pressure and compatibility with virtually all surfaces including metal, rubbers and plastics.
